A lot of people have been emailing me today saying the same thing.

What you suggest is in line with our thinking. (Wish we could just work for free, but that's simply not reality!)

One step at a time... First the basic kernel and development support. We just started this three weeks ago and have only able to work on it part time (there are, as usual, lots of other things demanding attention). Our goal is dynamic linking of libraries. Requiring a static link before running an executable program would just not be a very good interactive Forth development system, would it?
