Re: SwiftForth 3.1.0 ready for download!

I should probably have mentioned that for new installs, the directory and file names will now appear in all lower-case letters (and
there are no spaces in file or path names). This is for compatibility with the Linux version which is currently in development.
The Win32 and Linux versions share the same source base.
