swiftforth on linux using Wine now works

FYI, the latest update of Wine allows Swiftforth (Windows version) to work
properly now. The issue with a black window is gone.

Of course, this is nothing like a native Linux version of Swiftforth will
provide, but it allows some of us to limp along until that version is
available.
