Single-step debug

In reading the replies to Rick's survey yesterday, somebody commented that they wished for a single stepper. SwiftForth has had such a tool for many years (recently re-written) and it is documented in the SwiftForth Reference Manual (see section 2.4.6). For those of you who don't like reading the documentation (okay, I admit to being such a person), it's at least worth a pass through the table of contents :-)
