"Programming Applications for Microsoft Windows", 4th Ed.

7. how to right use cross-reference, turnkey :) but all Forth system have such
trouble
8. Get ready for use classes of API functions for drawing, multimedia,
clipboard

1. Do you use the current multi-tasking model in SwiftForth? This
is the "old" model multi-tasker, with PAUSE and CONSTRUCT
and ACTIVATE.

4. Do you use any of the auxillary color mappings in COLORS.F?
