There is space before opening bracket,
but it doesn't solve the problem when you use brackets in word name
Block Comment On = ( Block Comment Off = )
There are some glitches:
I don't know what's wrong when you file begins with commentary.
For now I am looking for solution to correct the highlighting of words with
tick-symbol.
I'll try to ask UltraEdit support team for that.
And correction in UltraEdit wordfile for words beginning with slash
should be done as shown below:
// /ALLOT /BAL /BROWSE /BUFFER /CMDLINE /CONSOLE /DIRSTACK /DLLS
// /EXTERNAL-DLLS /FORTH /GUI /IMPORTS /INCLUDE /INPUT /INPUT(G)
// /INTERNAL-DLLS /INTERPRETER /LOCALS /NDP /ONLOAD /OPT
// /OPTIMIZER /REFERENCES /ROOTPATH /SFDLL /SOURCE
// /SYSTEM /TASKING /TASKS /THREAD /TITLE /TTY-DLL /WARNING /WATCH /XREF

I really like UltraEdit on Windows, but it seems to be *only* for Windows...
As I seem to be doing more work on multiple platforms, I have been looking for
an editor that does what I need, is easy (and intuitive) to learn, and is
consistent across these platforms.
Is anyone using Komodo Edit? It's supposed to work on Windows, Linux, and OS
X. I enabled the Forth syntax coloring just for comments and it seems to
work.
I'm pleased to see that it recognizes this as a comment:
( Comment)
And this as not a comment:
(FOO)
