PIP Internet Services. They are a _very_ local ISP in SW Missouri.

I was able to retrieve from quarantine once I found they were "missing".

They had recently upgraded their filtering. Lists may be more
aggressively filtered than before. Thought I had forth.com on my
whitelist, but it wasn't.

I'll wait a little to see if changing whitelist is enough.
What was a little strange was there were no problems with support
related announcements.
