The FAQ is available as faq-o-static.zip. There's a download link on our home page, near the bottom of the sidebar on the right side:

http://www.forth.com

Download and unzip it, then open the HTML file. It's all in one big file. Search for "ShellExecute". I think the item you're looking for will be the 2nd one as you scroll down.
