Re: What editor for Forth?

I am using GVim (free) and am very happy with it. It has the ability you
require. I am using it to custom-color Forth syntax and you can specify
coloring based on file extension. Vim works on Windows and Linux and can be
operated just like VI (command line, diff, global search and replace, split
files, edit buffers, etc.). It can also be used as a Windows style editor
with highlighting, mouse and cut and paste. I find it convenient to use
both concurrently. I use it both from a Windows command prompt (with
GForth) and as the Swift Forth integrated editor. The command line
parameters to use it as the Swift Forth editor are available. Hope this
helps.
