The reason I referred him to FORTH, Inc. is that Leon has done a port of
the package for a customer, so there is a recent version there, I just
don't know whether it's releasable (i.e., not part of something
proprietary). Leon has been working with Joel on a Mac port of
SwiftForth, so I think if he asks he'll get it. Among other things,
Leon's improved the relationship between the headings and the column
location, which has always been somewhat problematic.
