Turnkey executables w/o the IDE

Since there's no provided way to say, set a flag and have SwiftForth compile
a program so that the IDE isn't included in the EXE, I was wondering how
easy this might be to do myself? I was thinking to make my own bare-bones
version of Hi.f, making my own custom version of SF and having that compile
the app's turnkey, and of course keep my usage of words buried within the
Forth to an absolute minimum (or copy/paste code). Is this all I can do?
(And most importantly, is it allowed under the license??)
I just want two things: To make executables a more reasonable size and to
make sure that users can never access the IDE.
Thanks in advance
R
