Where is "::" explained?

 body{font-family:
Geneva,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:10pt;font-family:arial,sans
-serif;background-color:#ffffff;color:black;}p{margin:0px}I need to display
an image from a .bmp file in an application.
C:\ForthInc\SwiftForth\src\ide\win32 seems to have what I want, but in the
course of trying to figure out the words DRAW and CENTERED I encounter "::"
for which I can find no explanation in the reference manual. Its definition
is

   : :: (COMMON) ; IMMEDIATE

with no comments.

So what is the story?
