In compiling programs, the tradition is to tell the user when
he redfines a word. But in real life, we (and especially the
system implementors) want and/or need to redefine words and
we don't want our attention distracted by "isn't unique" messages
because we darn well know they aren't unique.
-? is an over-ride for the non-unique test.
It is pronounced as "don't question" the next word defined.
