D/Y Y Period

Confusing source comment in sxcf\src\calendar.f caused time loss due to head scratching.

Given:
        365 4 * 1+ CONSTANT D/Y

Desc:
        D/Y is the number of days per year for a four-year period.

I think a better description for this 1461 day constant is.
        D/Y is the number of days for a four-year period.
