The "responses" present look carefully edited... In the style of radio talk
show hosts. Just as the article is intended to be provocative, the
responses are part of the show. It all appears to be more intended as
entertainment than a technical discussion. Pity.
     It doesn't seem likely any pro-Forth responses which are well reasoned
and coherent will be posted. I think the formula does not allow for anyone
with an IQ higher than the host's to have an opinion which is opposed to
the host's. In print they can not only screen the respondent, but choose
exactly the responses they like. Heraldo comes to Embedded.com
     Leaving aside a paragraph-by-paragraph diatribe about fallacies,
errors, omissions and misinformation I find his general tone to be
unprofessional.
     I won't confuse my opinion (I mildly dislike Ganssle and his writing
style and think his article is poorly written and not researched) with facts
(He sucks!)
