Sorry. The code that is unwise (for portability) was also buggy. It should
not multiply by element count since it is in the loop:

P.S. "RESERVE a Random Seat" was a poorly humorous way of saying that if
RESERVE was used to pick seats at a banquet that they could be random rather
than contiguous. My coworker pointed out that alignment has a higher
probability of causing discontiguity :-).
