Re: List Server Protocol

How to reply: Use your email client's "Reply All" function to reply to the
entire list (preferred). Use "Reply" for a private reply to the sender.

A possibly better (and more bullet-proof) solution is for the List Server
to insert a Reply-to: field, containing "Swiftx Listserve" <swiftx_at_forth.com>

Since it's Forth-Inc's list server, the change should be trivial.
