How to reply: Use your email client's "Reply All" function to reply to the
entire list (preferred). Use "Reply" for a private reply to the sender.

Hi Doug,

Perhaps it isn't obvious, but we are deliberately NOT inserting Reply-to the
list server so you have the option of a public or private reply. If all replies
went only to the list server (Reply and Reply-All), and you wanted to send a
private reply, you would need to extract the sender's address from the body of
the message (if it were even visible).
