My recommendation would be to approach it from the SwiftForth side
first. Assume you're receiving data on a serial port and would like to
simultaneously display it on printer & screen. Unfortunately, I personally
haven't a clue how to do this (programmatic printer output under Windows is
hard). But if you define that as the mission, you can ask the folks on the
SwiftForth email forum for recommendations & code, and IMO someone there is
very likely to know how. Then you can see about making that work with the
SwiftX host.
