Mailing list transition

We are in the process of moving the mailing list and archives to a new
server. Listar has been replaced by Ecartis which is a newer version of the
same list manager software.

For the most part, this transition should be seamless. Continue sending
your posts to:

swiftx_at_forth.com

You may send commands in the subject line of a blank email to:

swiftx-request_at_forth.com

Subject 'commands' sends you back a list of available commands.
Subject 'help' sends an email with Ecartis help.

The SwiftX list archives are immediately available at
http://gerd.forth.com/archive/swiftx. They will be at their permanent home
on http://www.forth.com/archive/swiftx in a day or two when the DNS change
propagates. You may notice that email addresses are somewhat obfuscated in
the archives. This provides some protection from automatic spammer address
harvesting.

Thanks in advance for your patience if we encounter a few glitches on our
upgrade path!
