A/D built-in routines

Dear Elizabeth,

Soon I will start the A/D conversion programming
for a bracelet with a UV sensor we will make
(I will actually start with a photosensor).
I looked in the source code for eventual built-in
routines for Analog to Digital conversions, but
in so far as I could read I didn't see any.
True, I am not familiar with this stuff and so maybe
I didn't see them.
Are there any math routines available?
