VOCABULARY Save and Restore

Can the current vocabulary be saved, changed, then restored? Example, where
GET-VOC is imagined:

HOST ok
GET-VOC ok
TARGET ok
...
SET-VOC ok
[DEFINED] HOST . -1 ok
