separate flash space problem

Can anybody see what I'm doing wrong?

Platform: ATMEL MEGA16.

What: I'm trying to setup a bootloader, which must reside in a
particular space in de flash (last 2k).

Problem: A simple word isn't compiled in the separate flash space.
