For large and small developers, we can customize our support services to provide the kind of support you need, for the duration you need it, and at a reasonable price.
SAS members benefit from a personalized approach and customizable options above and beyond the product-specific technical support terms. Under an SAS contract, you can call upon us for one or more hours per month for any kind of support — ranging from engineering advice to actual programming — to assist you on your project. We will work with you to create a support package that fits your particular needs.
You can lower your overall engineering costs with SAS Product Support. These fixed-rate contracts will save money versus paying full rate for hourly services. In addition, you can use our SAS Project Support program to obtain additional resources on a project-to-project basis. Flexible options allow you to customize your SAS program to meet your requirements. This helps you to meet your engineering needs and still stay within budget.
