I have finally taken the plunge and purchased a copy of SwiftX for the AVR – I have been a ‘C’ programmer for a while, and used to use Forth in my youth (1985-9).
My focus was on faster development and easier access to the bare metal than I had in ‘C’.
I am currently stumped by a lack of examples that I can find – My desire is to simply be able to toggle a single I/O bit (resident in memory) while doing a bit shift (so I can talk to a DS1302 RTC chip) – but I am unable to locate any examples that give me any hints.
In fact, examples in Swiftx are hard to come by.
Can anybody give me some pointers?
