Shipping
Most small items are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (or their International equivalents for destinations outside the United States.) We supply tracking info via email when we ship.
Our software and support products are all virtual products and delivered by download. There is no shipping or handling charge for downloaded products. After we receive your order, please allow one business day for us to verify the order and set up your licensed product in our download server.
Returns and Refunds
Evaluation boards and other hardware accessories may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us for return instructions. Refunds are issued promptly on return of hardware in original packaging, suitable for resale.
We provide free evaluation versions of all our SwiftForth and SwiftX products with the intent that you try them to your satisfaction before you buy. There is no time limit on the the evaluation versions.
After you make the purchase and download the installer, your virtual product is no longer refundable. If you accidentally select the wrong product and complete your purchase, contact us and we’ll make whatever adjustments are necessary.
